LIVING AREA
Tall ceilings and an open floor plan enhance the modern, airy feel, providing ample room for dining and relaxation. The living room features a comfortable leather sofa, gas fireplace, and SMART TV for streaming.

The sliding doors from this space seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living, creating an ideal setting for entertaining. There is also a half bathroom near the living area.

KITCHEN
Our well-appointed kitchen and dining area provide the perfect space whether you’re sipping wine or cooking a hearty breakfast before a day of adventures. Gather around the indoor dining table, which seats 10 guests (with additional seating in the kitchen bar), dine on the outdoor dining table, or savor a morning coffee. We’ve stocked the kitchen with everything you need.

The dining table is conveniently nestled across the kitchen, allowing you to serve and enjoy those tasty meals without missing a moment of fun!

SLEEPING AREAS

2 King Master suites are located on each side of the 1st level for privacy.

OUTDOOR AREA:

The outdoor space is a true haven for fun and relaxation. From the living area, guests can step out into the sliding doors to our large patio. Enjoy peaceful mornings with a cup of coffee in our outdoor oasis.

A short walk down the path from the back deck leads to an inviting outdoor fire pit, surrounded by plenty of chairs for your entire group to gather around and enjoy. There is also a creek behind the firepit area.

RIVER and POND ACCESS
Mt Fork river can be accessed by foot from the cabin. It is approximately ~5 min walk. Guests can enjoy fishing, tubing and kayaking (we provide 2 fishing poles, 1 double tube, and 2 single tubes). Guests must bring their own kayak.

There is also a fishing pond stocked with perch, catfish, crappie) by the entrance of the development, an 8 min walk from the cabin. This is catch and release pond.

Our cabin is located in a quiet subdivision by Mountain Fork River (15 mins south of Hochatown). Enjoy the peace and privacy of this new development in Broken Bow, while only being a short drive to main attractions ~ 20 mins to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake.
