Gather around the indoor dining table, which seats 6 guests (with additional seating for 4 in the kitchen bar), dine on the outdoor dining table, or savor a morning coffee.

With 2 decks – the outdoor space is a true haven for fun and relaxation. From the first floor deck area, guests can step outside to enjoy the beautiful river view. Enjoy peaceful mornings with a cup of coffee in our outdoor oasis.

RIVER

Our cabin is located in a new Stone River Addition. Enjoy the peace and privacy of this new development in Broken Bow, while only being a short drive to main attractions ~ 12 mins to Hochatown, 25 mins to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake.

We look forward to hosting you and your group at the Open Heavens River Retreat cabin, where you can create lasting memories in a beautiful and welcoming setting. If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your unforgettable retreat starts here!

Pet Fee is $175/stay for up to 2 pets. $50/pet per night for additional pets.

PET POLICY, IF APPROVED: Pet Fee is $175/stay for up to 2 pets. $50/pet per night for additional pets.
Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1- Sep 30).
ACCESS: The front door is equipped with an electronic smart lock keypad & a private entrance. A unique door code will be sent at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.
LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement is required for guests who book Rivers Edge Retreat.
CRITTERS: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property.
NATIVE PLANTS AND ANIMALS: This cabin is located in a rural part of town. As such it is important for potential guests to understand before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including snakes, lizards, deer, dogs, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, walking sticks, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, just to name a few. And, although, the cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen our native flora and fauna may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat. We have installed an animal deterrent outside the deck to prevent them from coming close to the cabin, but cannot guarantee the possibility 100%. We appreciate your understanding!

			The property needs some maintenance. The kitchen sink faucet was loose, a door handle to the patio door was loose, the toaster was broken and we were unable to use it, the upholstery on the chair was stained and the listing stated they had 2 kayaks but they only had one. The leg on the bean bag game was broke. Not a horrible stay but I have had better. I just feel like the property company needs to maintain the home better for the owner. We had plenty of room on the inside and the kids enjoyed the outdoor space especially being right by the water!

If you want a to get away to a quiet place that’s safe and relaxing do not pass up this cabin, you will definitely enjoy your stay!

			We stayed here for Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. The place is clean, private and beautiful. The house itself had plenty of room. And was better than the pictures. We loved the outdoor swing bed, corn hole and the kayak.

			We had a great time at this lovely cabin! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we wanted. We did have some dead bugs in the corners of the place when we checked in but it is to be expected. The patios were pretty much unusable due to being covered in spider webs. It felt like the cabin had sat unused for awhile with the amount of webbing and debris. It could have used a good power wash but we were able to spray down one of the patios to clear off some of it and it was better after that. We had one room that was hot and the fan/light didn’t work but once we brought it to the attention of the owner they sent someone out ASAP to look. We loved the location and being right on the river. Despite the small hiccups, it was a lovely place and they were very responsive and very nice. I would definitely stay here again. We look forward to coming back!		 - 10/12/2024
