Recharge, relax, and rejuvenate. The Glover River will be your backdrop in this modern farmhouse cabin with a heated pool. Our property has direct access to the river, but only a 15-20 min drive from the major attractions in Broken Bow/Hochatown area. We provide kayaks and fishing poles.

❤️LIVING AREA:
Hope Floats Lodge has a 2 story open floorplan with soaring ceilings, white shiplap, and an indoor fireplace, where guests will enjoy relaxing at the end of the day in the comfiest leather sofa. A smart TV and family-friendly board games will also keep guests entertained throughout the stay.

❤️KITCHEN/DINING AREA:
Enjoy preparing homemade meals in the comfort of your cabin with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a quartz countertop and stainless steel appliances.

❤️SLEEPING AREAS:
The cabin sleeps up to 12 with 3 king suites and a 6 person bunk room. Our king beds are outfitted with plush memory foam mattresses. All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a walk in shower (one has a soaker tub).

A pack and play is also available for use.

❤️OUTDOOR AREA:
Our amazing outdoor space showcases the modern style pool (can be heated per your request with a fee of $125/day, and a 6 person hot tub. There is also an outdoor seating area, a firepit table, and a propane grill for your enjoyment. Venture further out and you will also find a firepit area where guests can make s’mores with the backdrop of Glover River.

❤️RIVER ACCESS:
Guests will have direct access to the river where you can fish, kayak, and float. Kayaks available for guests. The river is stocked with catfish and bass. Water levels may vary by season (can be low or high) based on rainfall.

Pet Fee is $150/stay for up to 2 pets. $50/pet per night for additional pets.

PET POLICY. IF APPROVED: Pet Fee is $175/stay for up to 2 pets. $50/pet per night for additional pets. PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON ALL THE FURNITURE, VIOLATORS WILL BE PAYING A PENALTY.
USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, and to make sure our no-parties policy are being adhered to. We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.
LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement is required for guests who book Hope Floats Lodge.

			We had a fantastic trip at Hope Floats Lodge. Our 3 grandchildren loved throwing rocks & fishing in the river. They thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool too. We roasted marshmallows by the fire & made yummy s’mores (which supplies were thoughtfully provided). Our oldest grandson absolutely loved playing the arcade games in the bunk room! We snuggled up in front of the fireplace at night and watched movies before bed. Other than it raining horribly our last two days, we couldn’t have dreamt of a better family trip.		 - 4/04/2025

			Jennifer was a great host.  She’s very responsive and kind.  We, however, had an unfortunate circumstance where the pool heater was broken for half of our stay, which was a real bummer since we chose the house based on the fact that it had the heated pool.   A water heater problem was quickly resolved.  The outdoor games and pool item were broken and missing pieces, although I notified Jennifer of this and I am confident that she will address this for upcoming guests. 			Went for winter break! We loved it and the kids enjoyed it! Far enough out of town for your own space! The kids loved walking down to the river and hanging out at the house with several different games! We enjoyed the hot tub! It was to cold for the pool but would love to come back in the summer! 			House was beautiful Jennifer was very responsive. Loved the house although there was a few cons. I didn’t like how the upstairs bedrooms weren’t connected to the bathrooms and wasn’t a fan of the sliding doors instead of locked doors. There wasn’t enough towels or laundry pods since we where a larger party we had to wash the towels at least 4 times in our 2 night stay. I did love how there was nothing needed in the kitchen they had Tupperware, pans, spices etc… anything you need in a kitchen they had.
