❤️LIVING AREA:
Hilltop Retreat has a 2 story open floorplan where guests can gather around the living and dining spaces. Relax in the comfy couch while watching TV (cable provided) by the fireplace.

❤️KITCHEN/DINING AREA:
Enjoy preparing homemade meals in the comfort of your own cabin with a fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertop and stainless steel appliances.

The dining table is conveniently located across the kitchen, allowing you to serve and enjoy those tasty meals without missing a moment of fun! There’s also the lovely kitchen bar from where you can watch the designated chef as they work their cooking magic.

❤️SLEEPING AREAS:
The cabin sleeps up to 14 with 3 king suites, 2 full size futons, and a Triple bunk (sleeps 5). Each of the bedrooms has a balcony door that opens up to the back deck with a view of the mountains. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a walk in shower (one has a soaker tub).

❤️OUTDOOR AREA:
Our amazing outdoor space has two decks for guests enjoyment.

Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1- Sep 30). Pet Fee is $175/stay for up to 2 pets. $50/pet per night for additional pets. Lastly, we want this to be a memorable experience for you and your loved ones and we would be happy to provide recommendations in the area.

PET POLICY. IF APPROVED: Pet Fee is $175/stay for up to 2 pets. $50/pet per night for additional pets. PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON ALL THE FURNITURE, VIOLATORS WILL BE PAYING A PENALTY.
USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, and to make sure our no-parties policy is being adhered to. We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.
LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement is required for guests.

We made lots of great memories with our adult children and grandchildren playing board games, relaxing in the hot tub, eating meals together, and soaking in the views. 			This place was nothing less than stunning! My family and I loved the peace it brought us. The host and her management team reaponse time was nothing short of 5 star service. The drive way is steep, and not ideal for someone that chooses to ddrive a compact car.  The only thing that we would like to suggest is maybe purchasing a different style bunk bed in ensure that all guest are comfortable because the middle one doesn't allow the occupant to get up and down comfortable or even sit up. We were worried about a child waking up and bumping their heads or whomever occupies that space. Outside of that this stay is great for a family getaway.		 - 11/03/2024
