There is a small dining table is conveniently nestled across the kitchen, allowing you to serve and enjoy those tasty meals without missing a moment of fun! There’s also the lovely kitchen bar from where you can watch the designated chef as they work their cooking magic.

❤️SLEEPING AREAS:
1st Floor: Two king bedrooms with 1 master bathroom in the middle, outfitted with the most comfortable mattresses and luxurious soft bedding.

Pack and play available for guest use (sheet not provided).

Both bedrooms offer a similar set of amenities:

❤️OUTDOOR AREA:
Guests can enjoy soaking in the 6 seater hot tub at night while taking in the forest scenery. There is also an outdoor fireplace, a living/dining area, and a propane grill for guests enjoyment. Venture further out and you will also find a fire pit.

Lastly, we want this to be a memorable experience for you and your loved ones and we would be happy to provide recommendations in the area.

STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED.
ACCESS: The front door is equipped with an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be sent at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.
FIREPLACES: Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1- Sep 30).
LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement is required for guests who book the cabin.
CRITTERS: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property. Native Plants and Animals: This cabin is located on the river. As such it is important for potential guests to understand before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, walking sticks, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, just to name a few. And, although, the cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen our native flora and fauna may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat.

					Beautiful Cabin. Loved how it was close to town but not so close that we still got the private feel. Everything was flawless and so clean when we arrived. Ana had great communication and responded in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend to family and friends. Will visit again!

					The house was perfect!  Very clean and kitchen had everything we could possibly need!  The outdoor space was amazing!  

Ana was super helpful with recommendations and checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed!  Would definitely recommend this home!!

					White Oak Cottage was a fantastic place to stay!  The house was thoroughly thought out when building and stocking from everyday amenities to fun family games.  Never have been to Broken Bow  and we scored on the location.  Just enough off the beaten path where you felt you were truly escaping the city life but a quick 10-15 minute drive to local actives, restaurants and coinvent stores.  Ana the host was quick to respond with any concerns we had and was full of recommendations.  I would definitely rent again and recommend to everyone!

					white oak cottage is a beautiful cozy cabin nestled in the woods. it’s located in a central location with about a 10 minute drive to the town of broken bow and 15 minutes to hochatown. cleanliness was exceptional upon arrival. 10/10 would recommend
